The Deck Doctor seemed like the logical solution to fix our sagging deck steps. Rick came out, looked at our deck, and gave what seemed to be a pretty honest estimate, with the caveat that he didn't know what he would find (which we understood). The guys who did the work were professional and communicated clearly. The sagging steps were fixed and feel and look much better. Our only issue is that it took a couple months for the work to be completed - but that is because they have so much work!
